Leaders of prominent music business university programs will discuss the changing needs of the modern music industry and how educators can best prepare emerging leaders for a cutting-edge career through higher education. Includes a discussion of the state of university record labels, new curriculum initiatives, and best practices for preparing students for a global, digital music environment. This is an interactive session, so please come prepared to share your teaching methods and reactions from your student bodies.
