While the growth of streaming services has sparked debates about royalties, sales impact, and music's value, very little discussion has occurred on how consumers use these services and how this impacts all aspects of music sales and marketing. Jay Frank, noted music business author and industry expert, has independently examined the elements of what has made records successful on streaming services and has identified six key points on how to grow value and revenue in this new ecosystem.
