Greg Bays started his career in Christian retail and has over 25 years of experience in the sales and marketing sector of the Christian music industry. Bays currently serves as Exec. VP of Capitol Christian Distribution, an extremely diverse organization with components including but not limited to international sales and marketing, digital sales and marketing, a flourishing home entertainment division, and an exciting new partnership on books with Worthy Publishing. Under his leadership, the distribution arm of Capitol CMG continues to be an industry leader receiving numerous Supplier of the Year awards from the Christian Booksellers Association for industry-leading service, marketing, and innovation, in addition to being named Billboard Magazine’s Distributor of The Year for Christian/Gospel 20 of the last 22 years.
