Heath Baumhor


Heath Baumhor spent 2001 – 2005 at MTSU where he graduated with a degree in music business and a minor in marketing. Upon graduation, a quick relocation 30 miles West to Nashville and a few stepping stones along the way, Heath landed at APA (Agency for the Performing Arts) where he has been for over 7 years and is part of APA’s Contemporary Music department. APA represents musicians, comedians, brands, authors, directors actors and producers some of which include; Capital Cities, ZZ Ward, Social Distortion, Culture Club, Boston, Everclear, RUN DMC, Dolly Parton, Charlie Daniels Band, Lewis Black, Louie CK, Aziz Anzari, Kevin Hart etc. In 2012 Heath was nominated for both Agent of the Year (Pollstar) and Emerging Talent Agent of the Year (IEBA). Heath has also made it a priority to stay involved with his community through his mentorship as a Big Brother in the Big Brother/ Big Sister of Middle TN organization, as well as his past leadership role in SOLID (Society of Leadership In Development), a non-profit organization based out of Nashville that focuses on developing young music industry professionals. He served on the board for a number of years in different capacities as a committee chair as well as vice president of the organization. In his last two years as VP of SOLID, he helped the organization donate more than $40,000 to charity and grew SOLID’s presence in the music row community.
